The history of the brewery dates back to early 2017 when the first case of beer was sold to "Taco Taco" a local restaurant in Monteverde. The beer was produced by Erick "Chino" Ramírez in the province of Heredia and Andrés Gamba Ríos was its distributor in the Monteverde area.
 

One case of beer at a time, one customer at a time, the people of Monteverde gave the beer an opportunity and almost 3 years after the first sale, on November 1, 2019, the beer production moved to Monteverde; a community where conservation and sustainability are fundamental, you breathe fresh air, drink pure water and live in balance with nature.

At the end of 2019 Dario Cuevas joins the team and now there are 3 families united by the same passion, making the best beer in the middle of the Monteverde cloud forest.
